In this video I have demonstrated that a Collector has access to real-time information. The infotiles give an instant snapshot of what’s happening, with each one displaying a high-level performance indicator.
The Collector can see the delinquent customers assigned to her for the day, as well as the broken and collectible promises she has to handle.
They can also access the strategy tasks that need to be completed today, and see which activities require her immediate attention.
With Oracle Cloud Collections a Collector has all the information they needs in one place.
