1. Navigate to "Setup and Maintenance"
2. Under Functional Area "Financials", search for Task "Manage Data Role and Security Profiles", and then click on its hyperlink to open it.
3. Hit the "Create" button to create a new Role. Then given a Data Role name, select "Human Resource Specialist Role" from LOV associated with "Job Role" field, then optionally give a description. Then hit the "Next" button
